the nba is back. the jazz are back. katie and i have spent some time recently with our boys.

day trip to santa barbara. this is a photo i took with katie and favors. derrick liked the hat, and i think it suited him. 

we made a trip down to okc. kevin just teaching us how to dunk one day. katie and i are watching, also practicing our routine for next year's jazz dancer tryouts.

i can tell this will be a good year.

my computer crashed, real bad. so i got a mac. now i can't stop playing with iMovie.

i got back from haiti last week, and it turns out i really like love their language. i woke up at 4 am this morning after getting called off of work, and couldn't fall back asleep. i found myself watching old jimmy fallon, trying to figure out if there's any hope for the nba this season, listening to this taylor swift song on repeat, and all this somehow evolved into watching youtube videos about how to speak hatian creole. here's your word of the day.
